No BS Brew Company specializes in crafting fine beer, with two distinct locations to provide customers with an inviting and enjoyable experience. Our main manufacturing facility, featuring a tasting room and a serene beer garden, is situated near the picturesque North End of Conesus Lake at 3474 Bronson Hill Rd., Livonia, NY. Here, visitors can sample our diverse lineup of brews while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

Our second location, a newly opened tasting room, resides in the vibrant village of Victor, NY, at 49 West Main St. This location is designed to enhance the community's appreciation for craft beer while serving as a gathering spot for friends and family.

SELTZER

RASPBERRY HARD SELTZER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A craft brewed hard seltzer featuring 20 lbs of red raspberries for a crisp and refreshing flavor and it’s 100% gluten free! 5.3% ABV.

STRAWBERRY DRAGONFRUIT SELTZER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A craft brewed hard seltzer rested on strawberries and dragonfruit for a unique refreshing flavor and is gluten free! 4.8% ABV.

ALE

NORTH END CREAM ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This style is widely variable and open to the brewer’s interpretation. Our Cream Ale features a medium body and caramel color. It is sweet with just a slight hop finish. 5.1% ABV and 23 IBUs.

2022 NYS CRAFT BEER COMPETITION BRONZE MEDAL WINNING GROUNDS KEEPER WILLY SCOTCH ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

Featuring a unique peat smoked malt that brings this local favorite style to life with a twist! It has a malty backbone with hints of smoke and leather. It comes in at 5.6% ABV and 19 IBU’s.

IRISH RED ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a refreshing ale with a subtle red hue. It has slight malty sweetness, subtle toasted malt flavors and very little hop bitterness. It is very drinkable at 6.0% ABV and 17 IBU’s.

HERITAGE CREAM ALE (LIVONIA)

The cream ale style is widely variable and open to the brewer’s personal interpretation. This version features European 6-row barley and Galena hops. Expect a medium body with a slightly dryer finish and subtle hop flavor. 6.1% ABV and 27 IBU’s.

CASCADE OF MOSAICS CREAM ALE (LIVONIA)

A collab with our friends at First Line in Buffalo, this beer is brewed with light malts and loads of cascade and mosaic hops. 5.6% ABV and 42IBU’s.

PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY CREAM ALE (VICTOR)

Creamy peanut butter and delicious Concord grape jelly make this beer the best sandwich that you don’t have to chew! 6.1% ABV and 23 IBUs.

KOLSCH

STRAWBERRY COCONUT KOLSCH (LIVONIA)

Our latest creation featuring strawberries and coconuts in a light bodied, refreshing and enjoyable beer. 6.4% ABV and 21 IBU’s.

MAPLE VANILLA IMPERIAL PORTER (VICTOR)

A collab with our friends at Knucklehead Brewing in Webster. Expect rich maple and vanilla complimented by a complex porter. 9% ABV and 45 IBU’s.

NON-ALCOHOLIC

LEMON DROP (LIVONIA)

A refreshing lemonade infusion. Lightly carbonated and N/A. Can be made into a mixed drink!

SOUR

GUMMY WORM SOUR (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

Our traditional kettle sour aged on over 30 lbs. of sour gummy worms. Expect a fun color and an exciting flavor of mixed berries! 7.0% ABV and 18 IBUs.

WHEAT

BLACKBERRY WHEAT (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a refreshing wheat beer with over 13 pounds of blackberries per barrel that impart a refreshing flavor and subtle purple hue. 5.0% ABV and 29 IBUs.

IPA

CONESUS LAKE IPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This traditional IPA has subtle hop bittering and a big citrus finish showcasing the Citra and Azacca hops. This beer is brewed with local 2-row and honey malts and has 42 IBU’s and comes in at 6.6% ABV and 42 IBUs.

SILVERA NEIPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A New England style IPA featuring New Zealand Southern Cross hops accompanied by Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Denali hops, presents a strong citrus nose up front and finishes with an earthy pine with subtle bitterness rounded out with a light malt character. Coming in at 6.1% ABV and 61 IBU’s.

LAGER

AMERICAN LAGER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a light, refreshing American lager that is brewed with 100% NYS grown malts, cascade, hallertau mittelfruh, and saaz hops. This beer is meant to be light, refreshing and very drinkable. 5.2% ABV and 18 IBU’s.

NIAGARA HELLES LAGER (LIVONIA)

A light and refreshing Helles lager that is infused with Niagara grape juice. 4.7% ABV and 18 IBU’s.

NO BS BOCK LAGER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

Our second edition of this beer, this is a smooth, dark German lager. Using locally sourced hops from our friends in Livonia, expect a rich malty backbone with a light, clean finish. 5% ABV and 33 IBUs.
